You can use the JavaTuner to practice tuning quite easily with the latest change (where the note being tuned on up/down arrow is the one pointed at by the cursor, not the main selection as in V1.9 and previous).
It is recommended of course to hide the right portion of the applet when doing this so you do not see the numbers.
Key '~' (tilde) can be used to detune the instrument randomly.
